1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or utilizing web hosting packages, domains, or infrastructure services from Register99, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
2. Account Responsibilities & Security
Clients are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their cPanel, billing portal, and server login credentials. Register99 accepts zero liability for losses or damages resulting from compromised client credentials or insecure third-party configurations.
3. Hosting & Acceptable Resource Usage
Register99 provides high-performance hosting environments designed for standard business and personal websites. The following guidelines apply:
- Prohibition of malicious software, phishing scripts, spam distribution engines, or unauthorized vulnerability scanning tools.
- Resource limits must be respected; continuous CPU or RAM saturation that impacts shared node stability may result in temporary throttling or suspension.
- Data backups remain the client's responsibility, although Register99 maintains routine automated server backup redundancies as a courtesy.
4. Strict 24-Hour Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Register99 infrastructure experience. Our financial policy regarding cancellations and refunds is defined as follows:
- 24-Hour Evaluation Window: New web hosting and server packages are eligible for a full refund if canceled within 24 hours of the initial purchase timestamp.
- Exclusions: Domain name registrations, domain transfers, SSL certificates, and custom engineering/migration setups are strictly non-refundable due to registry-level activation fees.
- Refund Processing: Approved refund requests will be returned to the original payment method through our billing desk via billing@register99.com.
5. Billing, Invoices & Renewals
Invoices are automatically generated prior to service expiration dates. Clients must ensure payment methods remain active to prevent account suspension. Accounts left unpaid past their grace period risk automated data archiving or server termination.
6. Domain Registrations & Transfer Rules
All domain assets are subject to ICANN regulations. Incoming transfers require a minimum domain age of 3 years and incur a one-time administrative transfer cost of $299.99 USD (or local currency equivalent) to cover manual security screening and registrar processing.
7. Uptime Commitment & Service Levels
Register99 targets a 99.9% network uptime availability across our core infrastructure grid. Scheduled maintenance notifications are dispatched ahead of time to minimize client disruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Register99 shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use our hosting services.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to alter or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Register99 services following updates constitutes formal acceptance of the modified terms.

We maintain strict confidentiality policies. Your data is never sold or monetized. Information is shared solely with accredited registry providers (such as ICANN for domain provisioning) or legal entities when mandated explicitly by binding court orders.

All domain assets hosted or registered via Register99 operate under strict compliance with global ICANN guidelines. Clients maintain full legal ownership of their domains, supported by free WHOIS privacy protection layers to shield personal identity data from public scrapers.
7. Domain Transfer Fee & Strict Age Rule
To safeguard digital assets against malicious hijacking, unauthorized ownership alterations, and fraud, Register99 enforces baseline governance protocols for incoming domain transfers:
- Mandatory Domain Age: Domains must be active for at least 3 years (36 months past their original creation date) to qualify for standard automated portfolio integration.
- Transfer Cost: Processing a secure domain transfer incurs a one-time cost of $299.99 USD (or the exact equivalent amount in other accepted local currencies based on daily interbank exchange rates), covering manual validation and secure registrar procedures.
8. User Rights & Data Control
You hold absolute sovereignty over your profile data. You may request data exports, rectify inaccurate administrative phone numbers or addresses, or initiate account closure directly through our support infrastructure.
9. Policy Modifications
Register99 reserves the right to modify or adjust this compliance statement periodically to reflect changes in regulatory frameworks or technical capabilities. Updated versions will always feature an updated revision date at the top.
